Very rude and unprofessional staff. Products scanning more at the till than what they have displayed and not selling as advertised, also refusing to give names when asked for complaint, including managers. Security getting involved saying its not there store, really?! Like the staff are not responsible for pricing and the stock etc. They work there and its not the customers mistake or fault if they are not doing there job problem and checking/ changing price tickets.Customer service stinks. Avoid

Very bad experience with the security knob guy was waiting for my sister near the till as she was queuing with her next door neighbour and he walked beside me brushed past me twice and cos i didn't move out his way the third time cos he didn't asked me to he told me im not allowed to wait there i told him who is he to tell me that i cant wait for my sister knowing she was right there in front of me and he told me i have to do as he says and he said he could ban me it was like what the hell he on so yea i did raise my voice a bit and told him he cant ban me just for waiting there he was so rude and shouting at myself aswell as another customer who stuck up for me bless her then the security knob kept pointing his finger at me in my face i told him who does he think he is pointing at customers i even spoke to the Iceland staff to ask for management told me that management is in store next day so i told them i will be back there to speak with management cos i will not tolerate that no matter how we dress or look its unacceptable and disgraceful, very disrespectful and very discriminating and i even asked his name and looked on his card and u can tell he knows he was in the wrong cos he kept putting his hands over his card so i couldn't see it but im not going to give up on this one as this is very unacceptable for someone who looks and dresses different i.e being a goth and with hidden mental health issues i.e anxiety, hence why i waited where i was, what right does a security knob treat a customer any customer in fact who not even in the wrong and just waiting and prior to that he already had a conflict with another customer mins before......my last words to him was i promise u i be back and told him he shouldnt even have that sia card how he ended up with that most prob got a back hander out the lorry..........i will be back next day to stort out with management...... Unbelievable im still shocked and very p off about it........what a disgrace to the trade.........

For groceries, this one is really good in Holloway Road.Majority of the grocery products are available there with low prices, and home delivery available. Most importantly, staffs are there to help you unlike Morrison where you are your own to find your product. So if you want do some quick shopping, visit there.Thank you.

Awful experience in store today I was served by KHADIZATULKUBRA who racially discriminated against me because I'm a black women.I visited store with my children and was in a very long queue. The casier in question is Asian and the customer before and after me was also Asian. The customer before me was a Asian women she was very polite to her apologised for long wait spoke to her nicely and also told her how much the total of her shopping was and told her to have a good day. When it came to me she flange my shopping didn't say a word and flange down my receipt. The customer after me was also Asian and she was greeted and spoken to by KHADIZATULKUBRA and was also told her shopping total and was greeting nicely and told to have a good day. This confirms to me that i was discriminated against because of my race as it couldn't of been anything I have done as I have never met this women before .This was an awful experience and it was even worst because I was with my children and they had to also witness this first hand.Avoid the store of you are black as discrimination is not right for anyone to go thought.
